Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice provided. Please check your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement for the precise details. Late cancellations or failure to show up may incur additional charges.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited uses of the rental vehicle:
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities or purposes. This includes racing, off-roading, or engaging in any hazardous driving. Transporting dangerous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting to others or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purpose and must not exceed passenger or weight limits. Operating the vehicle outside of the agreed geographical boundaries requires prior approval.
Breach of these rules may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire in Merthyr Tydfil will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the rental in the prior 12 months.
